The American Exploration & Mining Association (AEMA) invites industry professionals, experts, and innovators to submit proposals for program topics for the 2026 Annual Meeting, including the Technical Program and Short Courses.

Please note: This is a Call for Proposals for topics, not a Call for Papers for specific presentations. We are seeking engaging, timely, and relevant topics to develop into sessions, workshops, or courses for our attendees.

Focus:

• Broad concepts, themes, or areas of interest that could be developed into a session, workshop, or short course.

Who Should Submit:

• Individuals, teams, or organizations with insights to share

• Professionals with innovative approaches, case studies, or best practices

• Educators and trainers interested in developing short courses

Proposal Ideas May Include:

• Emerging technologies or trends in exploration and mining

• Safety innovations and operational best practices

• Sustainability and environmental management

• Workforce development and training strategies

• Any other relevant topic of interest to AEMA members
